About Me

Here is Miao He (何妙).
I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Intelligent Science and Technology, jointly affiliated with the Shanghai Research Institute for Intelligent Autonomous Systems, Tongji University, and the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. I am advised by Prof. Yu Wang.
During my Ph.D. studies, I have conducted research on heart sound analysis. I am currently focused on enhancing the emotion understanding and generation capabilities of interactive speech language models, with particular interests in emotion-aware speech codecs, expressive speech representation, and emotional speech interaction.
